The Milwaukee County Zoo is known to fill an afternoon with excitement, but how about an entire evening?
Families will gather under the stars and among the animals for the Zoological Society of Milwaukee’s campout, Snooze at the Zoo. A unique adventure for all ages, Snooze at the Zoo will be held Aug. 7-10. Snooze at the Zoo, sponsored by Post Consumer Brands and Sentry Foods, is the only opportunity for the general public to camp overnight at the Zoo.
Each night features a movie, bubbles, chalk and entertainment sponsored by Educators Credit Union. A picnic dinner will also be served followed by s’mores around a group campfire, sponsored by the Sleep Wellness Institute.
Breakfast will be served in the morning as families prepare for a day of roaming the zoo. There will be stories, photo opportunities and a lot of community spirit with so much to see and do.
