‘Tis the season for some family fun.

Here’s our favorite ways to celebrate the holidays:

Jingle Bus Tour

You and your family can soak up Milwaukee’s beautiful Christmas lights aboard the Jingle Bus, a well-appointed, coach-style bus which takes visitors on a 40-minute tour of downtown Milwaukee. It costs $1 per person and operates Thursday through Sunday from 6 to 9 p.m. Jingle Bus passengers will be picked up at The Shops of Grand Avenue, 275 W. Wisconsin Ave.

Ice Skating

If you’re hoping to take the kids ice skating this winter, you won’t have to go far. SLice of Ice in Red Arrow Park, 920 N. Water St., is open from December through February.  The hours vary depending on the day and time of year, but you can visit the Milwaukee County website for more information. Be sure to stop by for S’mores Week. You can also purchase a kit that includes a roasting stick, graham crackers, chocolate, marshmallows, and wet wipes.
